Title: Why this code giving 0 as output whereas if we use ++j in place of j++ then it gives 100 as output?

Hello, I would like to submit a question, a special case, why this code giving 0 as output whereas if we use ++j in place of j++ then it gives 100 as output? It's urgent, please help quickly.
