What's asp.net machine account?

Hi everyone, I would like to have some advice, what's asp.net machine account Please give me an answer please, but it is not very urgent.

Got to your control panel then click on user accounts after logging in as administrator.  Then delete the account.  This worked for me even without the password (it never asked for one).  The account is set up when you install .NET framework and unless you are a developer it's not needed.  I have had no problems since deleting it even with programs that require .Net framework installed such as Reg Defence.
