Title: While creating an index if I mention PAD INDEX” what does it mean?

Hi, I would like to ask you for your cooperation in order to know while creating an index if i mention “pad index” what does it mean? Thank you for your help.

PAD_INDEX ON means "Apply FILLFACTOR to all layers"
