Sqlite are not unique?

Hi everyone, I would like to ask you a very important question, sqlite are not unique Please kindly help me but it is not very urgent.

If SQLite is reporting an IntegrityError error it's very likely that there really is a PRIMARY KEY or UNIQUE KEY on those two columns
