Hello, I would like to ask you a big problem in relation to a big problem, why is c++ used for deep learning if it is so slow? It is urgent, Please kindly give me your help quickly.

Hello, I would like to ask you a big question for the members of the community, i have installed opencv through homebrew. i could find the location. i have installed scipy and numpy scikit-learn libraries too. however, when i import cv2.cv in python, i get the error "no module found". what can i do? Please answer the question quickly.
