Hello, I have a problem to ask. Thank you How we do, what are the differences and advantages between in-place upgrade and side-by-side upgrade? Please inform me about the question.

You can do an in-place upgrade, meaning that you reused the existing sever hitting UPGRADE in the setup. You can also do a side-by-side upgrade which means that you have a new server with a fresh sql installation and then you move the sql objects and the databases using scripts, detach/attach and/or backup/restore. (you can also mentioned as migration).
