Title: Is it possible to format DateTime in VIM under windows without leading zeroes on Month, Day, and Hour?

Hi, I'd like to ask you a little bit of a special question, is it possible to format datetime in vim under windows without leading zeroes on month, day, and hour? Thank you kindly give me your opinion :)
